for as little as 2.5 euro for a medium and 3 euro for a large.
The Pizza Bianca or White Pizza is always taken
fresh from the oven and served while it is still warm
, sliced open in front of you to be immediately filled with 3
ingredients of your choice... tuna-mayonnaise, brie, pickled vegetables,
cold cuts including parma ham and salami, mushrooms, meats, rocket,
salad, salted beef, parmesan, fresh vegetables etc.
All the ingredients are prepared freshly every
day and a wide range of sauces and accompagniements are possible
including marie rose sauce, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, balsamic
vinegar etc. Why not pop in and try the Rocket, Salted Beef with
Fresh Parmesan Cheese and Lemon Juice... Alternatively, if you
have a sweet tooth the Pizza Bianca goes equally well with chocolate
spread, nutella, ricotta cheese, sour cherry etc.
